Several of our team are also accredited as CBT Supervisors and Trainers. We specialise in the treatment of depression and anxiety using cognitive behaviour therapy, which has been shown to be the most effective type of therapy for most anxiety and mood-related problems. Couple and family work, as well as therapist supervision, are also central to our practice. In addition to our private practice we have all trained, worked at, or managed specialist clinics in the NHS.
