Who
Who Am I?
I am a qualified Chartered Psychologist registered with the British Psychological Society. I am also an accredited member of the British Association for Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapists. I specialise in the treatment of anxiety-related problems using cognitive behaviour therapy, which has been shown to be the most effective type of therapy for most anxiety and mood-related problems. Couple and family work, as well as therapist supervision, are also central to my practice.
In addition to my private practice I currently work at a Centre of Excellence which specialises in the treatment of anxiety. I also teach and train on several different clinical psychology training programmes and my work involves the training and supervision of psychologists.
My Clients benefit from

- Flexibility with appointment times
